1. Data Controller

2. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a person whose personal data is processed, by applying to the data controller you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad
• To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
• To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
• To claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing

To exercise your rights under the KVKK, together with documents establishing your identity you may use one of the following methods:

4. Information Your Application Must Include

For your application to be evaluated, the following information must be provided in full:

• First and last name, and a signature if your application is in writing
• If you are a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, your Turkish ID number; otherwise your nationality and passport number or ID number
• Your residential or business address for notification
• If any, an email address, phone and fax number for notification
• The subject of your request (which of the rights above you wish to exercise)

5. Response Time

We conclude your application free of charge within 30 days at the latest from receipt. However, if the action requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged per the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

If your application is due to an error on our part, any fee charged is refunded.

6. Rejection of an Application

Your application may be rejected with a reason in the following cases:

• It would obstruct the rights and freedoms of others
• It would require disproportionate effort
• The information is publicly available
• It would endanger the privacy of others
• It concerns data that must be kept by law

7. Complaint to the Personal Data Protection Board

If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given within 30 days, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the controller's response, and in any case within 60 days of the application date.
