Which document types can it read?
+
PDF, Word, Excel/CSV and plain text. Invoice, receipt, contract, statement — it works out the type from the content itself. Accuracy can drop on scanned documents with no text layer.
Are documents written straight into a module?
+
No. There are two separate approval points: first you allow the document to be read, then you allow the resulting records to be written. No row you have not approved reaches a module.
What if I upload the same invoice twice?
+
It is recognized from its content and not processed again. The same record is not created twice, and the preview tells you it was skipped.
How does folder watching work?
+
MindCro Bridge runs in the background on your computer and watches the folders you pick. Folders your cloud drive syncs to the machine can be watched the same way. When a new document lands, the assistant prepares the records and waits for your approval.
Does the document itself leave my computer?
+
Bridge can parse supported documents locally; web uploads may require raw binary processing depending on format. Enforce mode blocks raw binary egress by default. Text protection covers configured sensitive-data rules rather than every possible secret.
