To Resolve Your Issue Faster

If you include the following when you email us, you'll get a much faster reply:

  • Your account email (if the email you're writing from isn't your account email)
  • The platform you use: Web (browser + version) / iOS / Android
  • App version (mobile: Profile → Settings → About)

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen click the "Forgot password" link, and a reset link will be sent to your registered email (valid for 15 minutes).

I want to change the workspace owner

The current owner should email hello@mindcro.app with the new owner's email CC'd, requesting a transfer. After verification, ownership is transferred.

The mobile app crashes

First close the app completely and reopen it, then make sure you've updated to the latest version via the Play Store / App Store. If the issue persists, write to us with your device model and OS version.

Can I export my data to another tool?

Yes. Go to Account → Data & Privacy → "Download my data" for a JSON export.
