Account & Deletion

Manage your Mindcro account or delete it entirely. The process is always under your control.

Account Management

You can do everything related to your account (profile details, changing your password, updating your email, notification preferences) from within the app:

  • Web: Profile icon top right → Settings
  • Mobile: Profile in the bottom menu → Settings

Account Deletion Request

You can irreversibly delete your account and all data tied to it (module records, chat history, settings). Deletion is free and always available.

Method 1 — From within the app (recommended)

  1. Sign in to the app
  2. Profile → Settings → Account
  3. Click the "Delete my account" button
  4. Confirm with your password
  5. Click the link in the confirmation email (valid for 24 hours)

Method 2 — By email

If you can't access the app or otherwise can't use in-app deletion, send a request from the email registered to your account to the address below:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Message body: "I request the permanent deletion of my Mindcro account and all my data."

The request is processed within 7 business days and we'll get back to you to confirm.

What You Should Know

  • Irreversible: Once deletion is confirmed, the account and data cannot be restored.
  • Are you the workspace owner? Deleting the workspace removes access for all members. Notify members beforehand.
  • Do you have an active subscription? The subscription is automatically canceled before deletion; remaining usage for that period is forfeited.
  • Connected integrations: Authorizations on third-party services like Slack and GitHub are also revoked.

Just Downloading Your Data

If you want a copy of your data before deleting your account: Profile → Settings → Data & Privacy → "Download my data". A JSON export is sent to your email.

Deleting Only Specific Data

If you don't want to delete the whole account but want to delete a specific module, record or chat history: right-click (web) or long-press (mobile) on the relevant module → Delete.
