Terms of Service

The terms, responsibilities and limits that apply when you use Mindcro.

In short: you may use Mindcro to run your business. You are responsible for your account's security, the data you enter belongs to you, and you can close your account at any time. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe others' rights.

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the web, desktop and mobile applications and related services (the "Service") provided by Mindcro ("we", "Mindcro"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure form an integral part of these Terms.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

  • The information you provide when creating an account must be accurate and current.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.
  • For business use, the person creating the account is deemed to be authorised to represent the organisation.
  • The Service is not directed at people under 18.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any purpose that breaches applicable law
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or personality rights of others
  • Attempt to damage the system, bypass security measures, or access other users' data
  • Overload the Service with automated tools in a way that degrades access for others
  • Reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules; for serious breaches we may act without prior notice.

4. Your Content

The data, files and modules you create in the Service belong to you. We claim no ownership over them. We only carry out the technical operations needed to provide the Service to you (storage, backup, display, and processing you request).

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content and for holding the necessary rights.

5. AI Features

  • The chat assistant and suggestion features send the relevant part of your content to AI providers in order to answer your request. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  • AI output can be wrong. Verifying it before making financial, legal or operational decisions is your responsibility.
  • Usage volume may be limited depending on your plan.

6. Third-Party Connections

Connecting third-party accounts such as Google is optional. When you connect one, that provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply. You may disconnect at any time; features that depend on the connection will then stop working. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party services.

7. Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We may improve, change or remove features; we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Fees

For paid plans, the applicable prices and billing period are stated at the time of purchase. Price changes take effect at the end of the current period and are announced in advance. Unless stated otherwise, no refunds are issued for periods already used.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time — follow the steps on the account deletion page. After closure your data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption. In any event our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not affect liability arising from intent or gross negligence, nor mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory rights you hold as a consumer are reserved.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
